C4Yourself - Access To Benefits Simplified
An online benefit application system, C4Yourself, now makes it possible to start an application for benefits any time of day or night from any computer with internet access. Limited job opportunities and rising costs for essential items like food, gas, housing and utilities mean Northern County residents are in need of public assistance programs now more than ever. Often lack of transportation or childcare and conflicting work schedules make it difficult for families to apply for help that they qualify for – temporary cash aid, food and medical benefits.
“For County residents working non-conventional hours, who don’t drive, who don’t have
childcare or may be reluctant to apply in person, C4Yourself is a great option for them to begin the
process to get the help they need,” said Regional Services Deputy Director Melissa Janulewicz. “For
those already receiving benefits, C4Yourself makes it easy to keep their information updated, get
current benefit information, download forms and be re-evaluated.”
