Full Time Position – 39 hours per week
SALARY & BENEFITS:
$3,581.98 – $4,755.34 per month. Complete package of fringe benefits including vacation and sick leave, health, 17 paid Holidays, and CalPERS retirement. Travel allowance for field work.
JOB SYNOPSIS & QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY:
Entry-level IS position responsible for providing technical support to regional center employees. Coordinates systems support-related activities including installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, software applications, email, telecommunication systems, video systems, network operations and end-user support. Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot issues, respond to employee requests for assistance and assist with system maintenance. May assist with training of others. May travel to branch offices to perform some duties. This position will have access to computer files, applications and equipment, including those containing highly sensitive and/or confidential information and as such is responsible for confidentiality and security of these data systems. Requires Associate degree in information systems/technology, business or related field and 2 years of experience supporting computer users; or high school diploma/GED plus 4 years of related experience.
