FNRC 2020/2021 National Core Indicator In-Person Survey Results

December 6, 2022 Keith French

Each year, National Core Indicator (NCI) asks people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families about the services they get and how they feel about them. NCI uses surveys so that the same questions can be asked to a large group.

The In-Person Survey were completed in 2020/2021.  The questions for the survey were answered by family members and guardians of adult clients who receive services from the regional center.

Welfare and Institutions (W&I) Code Section 4571(h)(1) requires that each regional center annually present data collected from NCI surveys at a public meeting of its governing board in order to assess the comparative performance of the regional center and identify needed improvements in services for consumers, including, but not limited to, case management services.
