There will be a new National Core Indicator (NCI) survey reaching out to families and conservators of adults age 18 years or older this fall. The National Core Indicators are used by California and many other states to assess how people feel about the services they receive from the developmental disability system. The questions address key areas of concern including service planning, community inclusion, choice, health and safety, rights and employment. The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete and all responses are confidential.
