Public Comment Requested for DDS Rate Study

March 22, 2019 Adam Knight

The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is reviewing provider rates. Rates are the amount of money that Regional Centers pay to providers for the services they do for people with developmental disabilities.

DDS gave this study to the Legislature. DDS has asked for public comment by April 5, 2019. FNRC will provide comments on the rate study by this deadline to DDS.   We will also include comments received from our community.

If you would like your comments included please email them to us directly at ratestudy@farnorthernrc.org, or you may use the survey form provided by the State Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD) who are also collecting comments to submit to DDS.

Please submit your comments by March 27th, so that FNRC or SCDD can review your comments, and prepare them to submit by the April deadline.

You can learn more about the DDS rate study from the DDS website.
