Redding, CA — After three decades of service from our current location, Far Northern Regional Center (FNRC) is excited to announce that we are moving to a new office space to better serve our community. The new location will be 1270 Churn Creek Rd, Redding, and we will begin operating from the new space tentatively after our move-in date, December 2026 – January 2027.
Over the past 30 years, FNRC has experienced significant growth in both staff and the number of individuals we serve. As a result, we have outgrown our current facility and are making this move to ensure we continue to meet the evolving needs of people with developmental disabilities and their families across Northern California.
“This move is an important milestone for Far Northern Regional Center,” said Executive Director Melissa Gruhler. “Our new location will offer expanded space, improved accessibility, and a more functional environment to support our mission of providing quality services and support with dignity and respect.”
The new office will feature more meeting rooms, updated facilities, and additional accommodations for staff, individuals served, and the broader community.
We appreciate the continued support and patience of our community during this transition. More information and updates will be provided on our website at www.farnorthernrc.org and on our social media platforms.
